IFCA POS system is easy to use, touch-screen POS with wireless tablet support. It supports multiple retail and F&B outlets operation with different menu sets or item, discount structure (Senior Citizen Discount), and bill printing format. It accepts different payment method including cash, credit cards, vouchers, and charge to member or corporate accounts. Sales and collection reporting can be by meal period, station, or outlet cum with daily, weekly, monthly & yearly statistic. BIR Accredited Software and Official Receipt.

Point-of-Sale Tablet

The Point-of-Sale Tablet can be used for Order Taking, changing of orders, table enquiries and status as well as provide up-to-date outlet statistics.

Event Management

The Event Management module handles the event/banqueting needs of a property from the time a proposal is made to post banquet activities. It supports unlimited function rooms that can be configured in terms of location, capacities for different seating styles, and space measurement.

It provides instant function room availability lookup and maintains function room inventory. Users can temporarily block rooms for certain dates with corresponding reasons. It provides a spreadsheet-like Function Workbook to substitute the traditional function logbooks which allow users to move or copy an event to another schedule and/or function room. Besides this, it provides billing functions for clients to settle the account and supports multi-settlement types including cash, credit cards, charge to rooms and members’ account.

With this module, you can efficiently organize a function with the accessibility of features such as room selection, menu planning and other banquet services, select the seating style with matching capacity. Departments involved in the preparation can be informed immediately by using the Distribution option for the Menu Planning and the Other Services.  It reports on Revenue potentials of future functions and monitors event time, forecasted revenue and the number of guests.

IFCA Maintenance System allows pre-defined preventive maintenance programs and automatically triggers work orders based on time period or meter-reading driven parameters.
